Career Spotlights (CS)) is a private company that provides career education and tools for individuals. The primary function of the corporation is to provide improved edcuation to students, nationwide. CS is an Amercian corporation that provides a new technology for parents and students, with an exciting approach - to career and steps to success! Associated with Steps 2 Success University, Career Spotlights was built to promote excitement, exploration, engagement, and excercise whereby successful outcomes can and will occur, job-wise.

Beginning in December, 2020, Career Spotlights installed a Corporate Sponsorship Program, in conjunction with Steps 2 Success University. This program will serve as a way for marketers and brands alike, which share in the philosophy and belief of the core values of Career Spotlights, to participate in the support of our students, student-parents, and career-changing adults. Corporate partnership opportunities range from presenting sponsorships and support for economic growth, diversity, and student job growth. Our current partners supporting the Career Spotlights contribute various levels of annual support ranging from a minimum of $3,000 through $15,000.

There are numerous benefits of becoming a corporate sponsor of Career Spotlights. With a mass amount of schools (elementary, middle, high, and college) across the United States, a partnership provides access to a state-wide population of students and adults from ages 14-18 and 18-54 from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. A partnership can provide a sense of support from your brand to a student, student-parent, and/or career-oriented parents. The recognition by your brand on the importance of job growth will create a nationwide sentiment and will maximize brand awareness of a company’s products and/or services. At Career Spotlights, we are never satisfied with the experience we provide our staff and volunteers. We feel, with your help, we can enhance this experience for our students, parents, and career-searching adults, participating with Career Spotlights.
